Overall, this is a nice, roomy deck box that seems to be fairly well-made. The far-and-away best part about the box is the assembly - compared to a similarly sized Suncast-branded deck box that I had put together before, this one was an absolute breeze to do. The instructions mention that two people should be doing the assembly together, and I would recommend the same, though I did end up doing the assembly myself (it is what happens when you have two young children at home). The toughest part to navigate if you are doing this alone is snapping the two long front/back pieces on to the bottom, as it is very difficult to get everything aligned given how long the piece is. I had better luck laying the side piece on the ground and snapping in the bottom on top of it, so I would recommend that you try that if you are attempting this solo. Other than that though, the assembly took ~20 minutes total (compared to something like 1.5 hours on the Suncast one), and there was a minimal amount of screws that were needed overall. The assembly instructions were clear and straightforward. The overall quality of the deck box also seems to be nice, though it clearly is not as good as the Suncast one. If the price had been lower, I might have kept this at 5 stars, but for the ~$230 price tag, I expected the quality to be better. More specifically, the material seems to be thinner, and the side pieces, especially at the top, almost look like there are cracks (it isn't really a crack, but there seem to be spaces because of how the piece was put together). So far, I haven't seen water creep into the deck box despite some rain and snow that we get, so I am not hugely concerned, but I will give it some additional time to see how durable this ends up being. As for the size and usability, I really like how the bottom has some ledges that I can use to stand up some of the grill parts (like the grates and cermaic stones for my Kamado Joe). It saves valuable space by having the parts stand upright rather than sitting flat on the ground. I was able to store all of the various grill accessories, along with a couple bags of charcoal and few bags of wood chunks in this deck box, with room left to spare for other things if needed.Overall, I would recommend this product, especially if you are looking for a easy assembly option.

I liked the size of the storage box to put almost all of my back cushions for our lounge set we bought years ago! It stops the cushions from flying around our deck when we are not using them!

With 2 grandsons and a lot of outdoors I needed something that would store their ever expanding outdoor toy collection. When I read 120 gallons I thought it should be enough. It is more than enough and gives the boys room to also sit or lay on it with a cushion. Assembly was pretty easy and the directions were very clear. You will need a mallet and at least one other person to assist towards the end of assembly. We will be replacing with a better lock, but other than that definitely worth the price for the quality of the product!!

I ordered this deck box to save some storage room in my house for barbecue and picnic supplies. It's really big and will hold a lot. Because it is really big and it's secured only at the corners, there is some slight bowing. It's not terrible, and I'm not sure if after time it'll get better or worse, but it was worth mentioning. When I opened the package and took the instructions out the first thing I noticed was, "DO NOT assemble this item alone for your safety. Two people are necessary for smooth and safe installation." Well! Not everybody has someone to help them assemble this so I decided to try it on my own and see how far I got. Spoiler alert, I had absolutely no problems installing the entire thing myself - 60F, with weak arms.I appreciate that all the pieces are clearly labeled with part letters. Even more helpful was the fact that all the sides were labeled with "UP" so I could be sure to align them correctly. The deck box snaps together easily and no tools are required until you screw in the hydraulic lift. The first, side pieces, took a little effort to push into their spots but again, it wasn't too difficult. At that point the instructions were very clear. When it came to adding the bottom, I wasn't certain which way was up. The side with the embossed "D" goes inside, if that helps anybody. The only other question I had was where to screw in the hydraulic lifts because there are seven possible places to put two screws. Once I decided to start with the back bottom, corner screw, where there were no other choices, all the other screw holes lined up easily. I needed to run into the house to get a Phillips head screwdriver because one was not included. After a little turning and turning and turning (too lazy to run up to the garage for my husband's drill driver, or whatever he calls it), The box was assembled.A couple things of note, when you close the deck box close it from the middle cuz if you do one side or the other it flexes because the hydraulic lifts are so strong. Secondly, when it's closed the center where the (included) padlock fits does not line up because of bowing and I had to use my fingertips to pull the bottom out to align it. Neither issue is a deal breaker, and it's still a really nice box, but a couple things just bring it down to four stars. It does hold my weight and lengthwise would fit a couple adults, but I'm leery of putting too much weight on it. Fit a couple kids as extra seating? Perfect! The brown/gray wicker color and design is attractive and perfect for our house in the woods. I am quite pleased with this and I'm glad I chose it. Made in China.
