I would say that this is a good beginner target if you have a light pounded bow.It didn’t take me, but about 400 arrows before I started shooting through the center of that thing.

This target is nothing but a box of foam in a loose plastic wrapping with the targets printed on it. I understand sometimes the targets are printed on a plastic material which is then adhered to the foam box, but that is not the case here. Here, the foam box is placed and sealed in plastic wrapping, but the plastic wrapping is SO loose and wrinkled from the excess plastic material.
