The head was great, while it lasted. Unfortunately it only lasted about 2 months.ECD’s customer service was great, but eventually they stopped warranting the head. The head didn’t stand up to a 5th grader using it, so I can’t imagine any older player would have any luck. Would recommend trying another brand that builds a reliable product.

I shattered my head within a week of its arrival. There should be a warranty!!!
