Fit 2012 ultra classic.I originally ordered this part from another seller a while ago and never received it. It went from”out for delivery” to “Delayed due to weather” and still did not arrive after two weeks.I contacted Amazon and they allowed me to price match and get another ordered from this company and delivered ASAP. The new one came in two days.Other than that, a great purchase.Pros-fit perfectly. All holes lined up. Good thick metal and no defects in chrome.Cons-not many. The clamps are very tight and hard to lock into place and remove but that is not a negative because it is nice and solid. Doesn’t move at all. I have a sissy bar for my other bike and it does the same thing. Also, had to reuse the screws for the box and needed some extra hardware (nuts and proper washers) to secure it. Finally, no instructions. As it arrived disassembled, there is a proper way to assemble. At first it seemed straight forward but I had the top bracket on backwards and holes for the box would not line up. Realizing my mistake I simply reversed it and the holes lined up perfectly. (Could be why previous comments mentioned holes did not line up. Was a simple fix.)So all in all, I would have to give a 5 for this companies fast shipping, fitment and quality. But due to the huge delay on Amazons behalf, I will give a 3 for the reasoning of delay, not having my bike for two weeks because I was waiting so long for the part, and the hassle of cancelling, and reordering a more expensive one and awaiting the price match from Amazon for the inconvenience. Will upgrade to a 4 if Amazon honours the reimbursement.

Bought this for my 2010 electra glide, the build is sturdy and the chrome was very nice. The main problem was with the latches themselves. As other people have mentioned they are difficult to lock in place without grinding or filing material off of them for extra clearance but mine actually broke the first time I tried to mount the rack. Another issue is that none of the holes line up with the factory holes in the tour pack, that means either drilling holes in the mount or the tour pack itself, neither of which i like the idea of. I purchased another set of latches for an additional $18 and they worked perfectly so I'm still in it cheaper than a oem mount and the end result is fine, just more work than anticipated

Mated correctly to the Harley mounting brackets, package contained nylon threaded nuts (saves me applying thread locker), chrome finish was perfect/no quality issues with the pieces, and was far cheaper than the same item from a Harley dealer.I needed to fabricate some extra pieces to mate the tour pack to the bracket, but that's almost certainly because the tour pack I have is actually for an FLH model several years older. I have no doubts that if I had the tour pack for my model year, this would have been a very easy bolt-together job.

For the price you can't beat it. It bolts on and everything is snug.I know nothing about working on my bike but i'm learning and I would say this is very basic. It took me about 1.5 hours to do. I just cut all the wires going to my tour pack so I have not figured that part out yet LOL.Inside the tour pack you may have to drill a hole or 2 but other than that there's not much too it. I purchased 2 extra bolts 1/4 x 1", with 6 nuts, 6 locking washers and then used the existing 4 bolts and added 2 more. The existing 4 do not have nuts that's why I had to by 6.

Put on a 2013 Street Glide it is hard to get it to lock in place but over all a good product.

The mount seems pretty sturdy, although the chrome underneath isn’t nearly as perfect as the top and sides. I can see that rusting down the road judging by a friend who has the same part and his did the same. Maybe a little clear coat. This is not an H-D part so it’s not gonna fit perfectly, and there are some sharp edges but nothing to be concerned about. You’re definitely gonna have to modify the hooks, by filing maybe 1/32” off it. It’s aluminum so it files easy. I recommend doing this before you assemble it, which there are no instructions but it don’t take rocket science to build. Like someone mentioned, take the time to put the sides on and then mount the top so you can align it and center it properly so it attaches easily. The holes are kinda sloppy probably for that reason. Match the top section with your tour pack so you know which way to mount it. Mine is assembled opposite the picture here. The front horseshoe shaped grommets fit loosely on the docking system, which may cause these to fall out so you may wanna glue them in. I’m using this with an ‘04 King pack, and the screw heads bottom out where the old mount was attached so I need to modify that before I paint it or else you may need to shim the pack a little. I enjoy working on my bike so it didn’t bother me to do the mods. I tested it out on a 200 mi trip with no problems. I’d say 4-1/2 stars only because of the poor underside finish and the mods to the locks, other than that it’s a pretty good mount and I recommend it.

Yeah you got to squeeze it to mount it to a standard Harley mounting system but on the positive side it's a solid mount once it's on. Nothing to complain about and the price was great.
