I have purchased wheels similar to these in the past. These wheels have only been mounted for less than 6 months and each one (depending on whether it was a spare or on the axel has massive amounts of rust eating right through the galvanized wheel coating.I have never seen anything like this.It looks like the wheel was completely rusty when it was coated with the zinc as the underlying material is actually rusting right through the zinc coating! Little pin points all over the wheel I would say about 10 to 20 pin marks per inch except where the the pin mark is larger and is actually weeping rust and mositure through the zinc.These wont last a couple of years at the rate they are rusting.Poor workmanship of the base wheel before coating, and the Zinc coating is poorly applied and is of poor grad too.Please DO NOT PURCHASE WHEELS FROM THIS MANUFACTURER, YOU WILL NOT BE HAPPY !!!
