Used this as a timer for the RO generator for my fish tank. Gets used about 3 times a week. Initially leaked quite a bit, once I got that resolved it would function but caused the pipes to cavitate, after 3 months the internal mechanism gave up and would stick in the on position.

Replaced an old, sun-damaged Gilson unit with this timer. It worked great all summer, turning my soaker hoses on and off according to schedule. Time seems accurate and the unit is reasonably well-built. The Gilson was great, too, but time and the elements eventually dried out the nylon/plastic parts and caused failure. Can't go wrong with this one though. It's somewhat larger but looks as though it will last a long time. Be sure to remove and drain it before freezing weather sets in!

No issues using this a few days a week through the season. We have very hard well water and so far, no issues. We'll have to see what next season brings but so far it's performed without issue. Timer works well, shuts off without leaking and there's been no issue with it running off.Would buy again, would recommend.

No silly extra buttons. Just turn it where you want it and turn it back to 0 to turn it off. Feels relatively solid for the price. Been using it for a few weeks without issues.
