Bought 2, installed 1 so far. Seems to be sturdy and reliable. I normally pull the hose out at a 20 to 45 degree angle and have not had any issues to date. You do have to listen to the "clicks" to find the right place where the real will lock. That is not a problem for me but seems to be an issue for some other reviewers.
