I already knew from the reviews that this would likely arrive broken, but since I knew I was going to paint it anyway (and it can easily be returned), I took a gamble and I'm glad I did. There was just a tiny piece broken off the end and I didn't even notice it at first, but I found it in the box, super glued it back on, and you can't even tell

Remarkably well packaged, fragile product, arrived intact. A bit smaller than expected but sufficient. Has a small hole in back for hanging ... shall stain it and try to use that hole to hang it. Am pleased.

Added to my piano refinish. Do not try to stain it, it won’t take. Also, the measurements are a little wonky, one side is about a cm longer than the other and it’s not perfectly symmetrical. On a piano it isn’t noticeable but on a smaller project it might be. Overall I’m very happy I added it. It really makes the piece. I just used wood glue (and squished it for the night). Seems sturdy. Paints well, very lightweight.

The idea, the design are awesome and beautiful.The packing and quality control need some improvement. I do delicate and precise work, and the people’s I work for expect quality. I ordered 14And can use only 10 because of substantial damage. Some of them even looks like someone try to glue back the broken corners. Come on ?! By the time I return it and wait for the new one, I loose time and money. It’s not fair to costumers.Pls improve your quality control !!!!!!

The millwork itself was very nice, however, one arrived very warped, and the other arrived cracked. When I tried to glue them to my entrance way using industrial glue, it wouldn't stick at all. Then I used various other types of glue and nothing worked. So I lost quite a bit of money for products that were defective to begin with, but I tried to make them work for me. I ended up not using them.
