I've had the double spring for about one year. I use it to do resistance sit ups and it's perfect for what I need. With all of these you have to be careful with the strap because it's a soft rubber/plastic so it will break.Very worth the price.

Works well. It is great they show you with diagrams how to use for your needs. I use 2 of the exercises for my belly and as long as you use it consistently, it works . Great value. Recommend!

I was intrigued by the COVVY Elastic Sit-Up Pull Rope concept, as it was a convenient way to incorporate effective core workouts into my routine. However, my experience with this product has left me with mixed feelings. The Good: The idea behind the COVVY Elastic Sit-Up Pull Rope is commendable – a compact and portable tool to assist with sit-up exercises. The dual spring tension mechanism appears well-designed and potentially effective for engaging the core muscles. The Not-So-Good: Unfortunately, the potential benefits end there. One major issue I encountered is the need for adjustable straps. This oversight is a significant drawback, as the straps are too short for comfortable maneuvering during sit-ups. This limitation can lead to discomfort and hinder the proper execution of the exercise.Uncomfortable Experience: As someone who values comfort during workouts, I was disappointed that the COVVY Elastic Sit-Up Pull Rope does not provide a comfortable experience. The fixed straps restrict movement and strain areas, which it should be avoided. This discomfort not only affects the effectiveness of the exercise but also discourages consistent use.Adjustability Matters: adjustable straps are crucial for accommodating different body sizes and exercise preferences. The need for adjustability in this product seriously undermines its potential utility.Value Assessment: While the idea behind the COVVY Elastic Sit-Up Pull Rope is promising, the issues with comfort and adjustability significantly impact its overall value. These shortcomings should be addressed in the product's potential benefits.Recommendation: Given my limitations, I need help recommending the COVVY Elastic Sit-Up Pull Rope to others. Without adjustable straps, the discomfort during use is a significant deterrent. I suggest exploring alternative options that prioritize comfort and adaptability for a more effective workout experience. In conclusion, the COVVY Elastic Sit-Up Pull Rope has a good concept at its core, but the need for adjustable straps and discomfort during use make it fall short of expectations. While the dual spring tension mechanism is promising, the overall design needs improvement to provide a genuinely effective and comfortable workout tool.

I had one of these back in the 80s and swore by it not used in years and I still have it today,so I thought it worked wonders back then so am going to give it a go to trim and tone up but felt the spring was not as resistant as it use to be so order the covvy double spring one 2 days ago it seems to be a lot better made and tighter resistant than the vintage one I still have so let's hope it gives me my 80s figure back

I used to have something like this many years ago. I used it for setups. The SPRING was longer. These springs are 11-12 inches. I'm 6 ft tall. The directions state not to stretch over 3 total feet. If these would snap, I think it could be dangerous. My son is 5'9'' and he'll use it, but he says he's also nervous about stretching it out too far. The old one I used to have had longer springs. These aren't long enough except for a smaller stature person. My brother is 6'6". How about this 1' version for people up to 5'6" tall? Then a 18" spring for people up to 6" in height. Then a 24" spring for 6'6''. One size does not fit all.

I bought this product a few months into the pandemic. I am an essential worker and have been so busy at the hospital I work I didn’t have time to use it. A few days ago I finally opened the package to use it. I inserted my feet in the stirrups and tried to use as recommended. One of the stirrups broke of from the frame. I called Amazon and they recommended I got in touch with the manufacturer ....Lychee but there is no link to support or a telephone number. This is why I am writing this. Please can the company contact me to tell me how to fix this? I am not looking for a refund. Maybe a replacement

I just received this a few days ago but so far I love it. I'm older so I'm not looking for a REAL workout. I just started the Nutrisystem diet a few months ago & need some help in toning the stomach & other areas & getting rid of the belly fat. Being older it's a problem getting up from the floor. I sit in a chair & pull up on the handle to just above the knee height. I can feel it in my stomach, butt, thighs, legs and arms. The spring is nice & tight so it is a workout for someone older like myself. I had one of these years ago and this one is very similar to the one I had that lasted for years. It's sturdy & I'm not afraid at all of the springs breaking or coming off~~the springs are attached to metal on both the handle & pedals. Two springs make it tighter & make for a better workout than a single spring. I'm very happy I chose this & I'm confident it will work out for me.
