Very poorly made. After a week of use, a strange noise appeared in the motor wheel, as if something had broken off and was rattling while riding. After a few weeks, rust started to appear. The rear brake is also not good. The bike is very heavy.

The charger stopped charging my battery and I contacted the vendor and I never heard anything back from them. It last long just 2 weeks.

Impressed with quality, suspension comfort and sufficient braking power along with a very reasonable price point $380. Fast delivery. Foldable, easy battery removal and the cute factor draws comments. Though I have a garage, I have it in my apartment as an art piece.

Assembly was 1 hr. They setup in about 45 minutes. They are short and small (not recommended for men over 5'7"). This compact size will be great for folding and transport in small car spaces. The speed is usually about 24+ MPH and after the first mile that slows to about 22+ MPH. The brakes are very light so ride with caution to stop before having accidents. The seat is comfortable. The horn is loud and the little light is adequate. No turn signals. The little cargo bag is held with velcro attached to a frame clipped behind the handlebars. This is slightly useful for light (1 lb or less) items because it comes loose. There is a convenient smartphone clip installed on the handlebar. I bought a extended warrantee because I think they will not be long without problems. I like that there are shock absorbers all around. It is fast enough to get the rider into trouble so keep off the street. It is easy to dismount and the weight is not much.

When the bike arrived, I put everything together. There seemed to be a defect on the metal bar that connects the shock absorbers. I wasn't sure and thought it was supposed to be like that. I took it out on it's first ride and that piece that seemed defective broke and caused me to have an accident which I'm still having issues from. I've contacted the sellers with no response. The bike is sitting in two pieces unusable
