Well1st off the directions were basically non existent. Not hard to assemble but if you aren’t handy it may be difficult.2nd one of the clickers came broken with components coming out.3rd front tire will not hold air4 I have applied for a return. Even though the product came damaged along with the tire not holding air the company seems to think I should pay for shipping it back. That’s ridiculous. When simply they can send me new parts or offer partial refund or just pay shipping themselves. Will update once return is accepted or how customer service behaves

First thing my son noticed upon turning it on was the speedometer read 3 mph and it wasn’t moving. The cards that are supposed to turn the bike on stopped working an hour after we opened it. When setting the handle bars up they were loose and when he rides the bike they rattle like metal on metal. There is no way to adjust them. The brakes are super loud and squeal when applied. My son tried to break them in by riding it a little bit and it just got worse. Bike does not seem safe at all. My son saved up for this bike and now four hundred dollars has been wasted.

Nice bike , has good speed , it has all the accessories you need. It was easy to put together. The price on the bike was reasonable. Battery life seems good , haven’t had it long enough to see along the battery last . Bikes, a little heavy, but not too bad. You can take the battery out and make it a little bit lighter.
