DOES NOT FIT HAS 4 LINES, 94 SUBURBAN HAS 3. ALSO LINES ARE BENT DOWN, 94 SUBURBAN ARE STRAIGHT OUT. Did get a refund. changed to 4 stars would be 5 if it fit.
