Used this cover once so far and found it to be light but padded enough to protect the speaker from bumps and, perhaps, a little rain. You should definitely have this to protect your investment.

If you own an EV Evolve 50 column speaker system, then this is a NECESSITY. This cover is perfect in every way... the only way it could be more perfect is if it carried itself to and from gigs. It is a must-own.

Cover is nice, does what it's supposed to I guess. It's a little pricey, but it feels like quality. I will say it's very snug. I have 2 and they are both the same. It has velcro on the side to help with getting it over the speaker. It might stretch out over time, I hope it does. Right now I have to work it a little to get it over the speaker and down all the way. You don't have many options so if you want a cover it's $50 for one of these or over $100 for the one with wheels. I didn't need wheels, I use a dolly and wheels make it roll around in my SUV (and add weight).
