- Remove your existing prop nut and washer,
- Hand-tighten the Eliminator so that it is firmly pressed against the face of the prop.
- There is a gasket on the back of the Eliminator that will expand in time, so be sure not to over tighten.
- Machined from 6061 Billet Aluminum.
- O-ring dampens noise/vibration and secures nut.
- Easy to grip knurled edge, no tools needed.
- Wider contact area for a more stable prop.

As a former machinist, I can tell you there’s not a lot going on here. Assuming this IS made from 6061, there is no reason you shouldn’t buy this by over the more expensive brand. Fit as expected. Finish is just like the photo. I bought this to replace a green one on my boat from TH Marine. The only difference, an o-ring. The only thing I did on install was add a little Vaseline on the orings. Buy with confidence.
