I was looking for different shades of gray patterned paper for a collage project. This package had light, medium, and dark patterned paper, and it was thick enough to not tear from applying the glue (matte gel medium). I also used some tissue paper, and that was very delicate compared to this paper. My collage turned out great!

I dont like being mislead. The description AND packing say that you’re getting 2 sheets per design, and shows 12 different designs, which would mean 24 sheets. But this is a lie,what you’re actually getting is 2 designs per sheet (different design on front versus back) for a total of only 12 sheets. I basically got HALF the sheets I thought I was paying for.If you look at the product image, the top of the package shows 12 different designs, you will not be getting 2 sheets for each one of these designs. Instead, the 6 designs you see in the top row are the “fronts” and the 6 images in the second row are all the “backs”.Let me explain the big problem with this : when organizing a scrapbook, you typically want some cohesion when you’re flipping the pages. Like, when the book is open, you’d typically want the background design of the left page to match the background of the right page, not 2 different clashing designs. But with these pages having designs on both sides, you cant possibly keep the matching designs together. Let me use “stripes” versus “dots” as an example... This set comes with 2 “stripe” pages and they both have “dots” on the backs. If I open my book up with page 6 on the left and page 7 on the right, and I want them to uniformly have the “stripe” background, then the “dots” backgrounds become completely useless. Because the “dots” will be stuck on the BACK of page 6 and the BACK of page 7, then I’ll be stuck with dots as the page 5 background as well as the page 8 background, nowhere near each other. The dots can never be near each other if the stripes are. So, then your stuck either having mismatched backgrounds for the page 4 & 5 spread AS WELL AS the page 8 & 9 spread ... OR ... you just use a different sheet/design to COVER the dots, rendering them useless.

Quality paper but the description is deceiving. It says 2 of each design. What it doesn’t say is that the designs are on both sides of the paper so you only get half of what you think it would be. Disappointing.

The shades of gray on this scrapbook paper are very pretty. The gray color is more towards the silver side and is beautiful on my scrapbook pages. The weight of the paper is also very nice; it is not flimsy at all.
