Exactly what we needed as a stopgap to cover a hole in the ceiling after a pipe break without having to redo all of the sheetrock and repaint the whole room. Fit right between the rafters and screwed right in.

Well built, well painted and set on 16". The lock took some breaking in, but does fine now.

Very well made. Don't forget to insulate the back of the door. I used the pink insulation board attached with Gorilla glue.
