These are great - a nice small size, but just what you'd need for something like a personal-sized amount of dipping sauce on every plate. Could even serve a small passed appetizer at a party. They clean easily - we have one of those third racks in our dishwasher and they sit there upside down just nicely. The only complaint is that the very bottom, where they sit, is not glazed. The entire thing, including undersides of handles, is glazed, but it feels like it would be nicer if it were smooth on the base too.

These are definitely only for condiments. They very little but cute and goodfor dipping without sticking you fingers in the dip!!

One of the pieces in the package was broken. The quality is poor. The bowls are very thin a fragile. I am returning the order.
