These work like you'd expect. I like how they collapse to fit easily in a first aid pouch and the scissors fit easily in big hands like mine.

I was worried that these would be cheaply made, like a gas-station multi-tool. Not the case at all. Very hefty solid construction. The fold out easily and lock into place at full size. It does take two hands or a lot of fiddling with it to get them unlocked, I would have liked a bit smoother action so you could easily deploy them with one hand while working with the other.1) The shears are very solid and cut nicely.2) I did not try the ring cutter on anything hefty. It is a bit awkwardly located. I would be tricky to get at a ring that was buried deeply in tissue.3) I did not try the O2 tank wrench.4) the strap cutter (basically a fold-out hook knife) works well5) There is technically a ruler, it actually a scale printed on the side of the bottom blade.6) I didn't test the glass-breaker, but it is a pointy little spike on the back of the handle. It does seem like it would get in the way if you were trying to work in tight places with the sheers and it also bugs the fingers I am not using in the sheers. IfI were to re-design these, I would leave that off. Not sure it adds much value, and it is sort of in the way. YMMV.The only real down-side to the tool is the sheath. It fits VERY snugly in the Kydex sheath. There is not worry about them accidentally sliding out, but it is really tough to get them out. It takes me two hands to pull them out, but it takes two hands to comfortably open and lock them into place as well.
