Comes in a nice tin jewelry type box, includes a sturdy masculine neck chain.Whistle is much smaller than I expected, however I don’t recall reading the measurements if they were listed.My primary use will be for K9 Search and Rescue to alert team of recovery.- Loud, high-pitch shrill of 116dB with my deep breath- Not deadening. My K9 was 2’ away and was not disturbed by the “shrill”.- Entirely Metal-Alloy construction, so nearly indestructible. For that reason I will keep it.Wish it was twice as big so it would be easier to handle with gloves, and while hanging from a work vest lanyard.However, as a masculine necklace, size is ideal.

Bon a 100% - Il est en métal et il bat n'importe quel sifflet en plastic. Nous sommes persuadés que sa durée de vie sera des années et des années, tandis que les sifflets de plastic finissent toujours par se détériorer après un certain temps. Tous les locataires qui payaient des systèmes avec bague et système téléphonique très cher par mois ont changé pour ce tellement simple système du sifflet et qui ne coûte que le sifflet.

The packaging is what sells this and design (shiny things sell; like fishing lures catch fisherman) but as a whistle, this thing is useless. Seems like a toy. Do not buy this.

I love this whistle so much that I purchased two more. I appreciate its compact design and ear piercing sound. Originally I also loved the chain that came with the whistle, however, it ended up breaking after only a few uses.

my elderly dog has some hearing loss and the pitch and volume can be heard by her even at a distance ...we live in the country on an acerage ...it is light weight compact and comes with a simple lanyard or can be attached to a key ring ...

Good overall. Aluminum color coating will eventually wear off. All aluminum build. No plastic inserts inside the chambers. I believe both chambers are the same tome. Would like a different tone between them to possibly make the whistle sound even louder. It's loud enough to get peoples attention in most environments where it would most likely be used. Overall should be very useful. I removed the attached chain and put a small keyring on in it's place to be more durable. Easy enough to remove with needle nose pliers. Original chain could be twisted and links stretched causing loss of whistle. I'd do this mod if you plan to be active with this whistle like hiking, boating, camping, etc. I ordered a second one so I can leave one in the backpack, and the other can go wherever I go.

Loud, that's the word only word that describes this whistle. I bought it to have it in my keychain. It is good that comes two, so I could have one as a spare. I would have liked it more if it was smaller. To me, it is still a little too long for my keychain because I carry different things besides my keys (see the comparison picture where I show another different whistle).When I first tried it, the sound was very loud that my head hurt. My ears were ringing after I heard the sound. I was at the shore of a lake that was surrounding by hills, so I perfectly able to hear the echoes of the whistle.It is a very light weight product due to its aluminum construction. If you are looking for something really loud, buy this one.

I have a teenage daughter going off to college this year. As a result, my dad instincts are kind of concerned about her safety. As such, I purchased her a whistle in case she gets into trouble - more to make me feel better.When it arrived I tried it out - in the house of course. After making my daughter mostly deaf and her rolling her eyes and mumbling Jesus Christ Dad under her breath, I felt better about the whistleWould recommend.

Within hours of putting this on my key chain and in my bag, the whistle part fell off the links. I put it on and a few hours later, it fell off again. I don't even know how that's possible, but they both just hang out at the bottom of my bag now.
