This stove is worthless. It constantly has an error code when you try and turn on burners, I just spent the last 15 minutes running downstairs to reset the breaker to try and get this stupid stove to work. Sometimes it works fine but most of the time it's frustrating, there's nothing in the manual about how to troubleshoot the E code and when I tried to call customer service, I never received a call back. You definitely get what you pay for a piece of junk.

Purchased this hob out of urgency due to my wife dropping a pan on our other hob & cracking it beyond repair, right on top of Christmas, our previous one was a Bosch costing £450 & albeit it was a great appliance, this hob for just £80.00 is in my opinion just as good, it does everything our old hob done at a fraction of the price, easy to install & cleans up lovely & effortlessly.

Works great cooks evenly and has an awesome timer/shutoff function. I use it in battery operated/inverter RV setup. One BIG drawback is that it draw 100w when its off and connected to power. You must unplug it to prevent this behavior (from the manufacture).

It's a very stylish hob & I like it a lot. There is more fan noise than I expected & I'm not confident heating is fast.The Amazon post needs editing! As there are 2 different specifications. I received the narrower one, which is frustrating & will cost $big to install.The model is plug in for Australia.Would love to reduce the beep volume?

It’s a beautiful unit, well made, and would be very functional. However, I needed a unit with a built in downdraft. So it won’t be used.

Although the delivery and service was excellent, it saddens me to see that this item is 120v not 240v, pointed out by someone else telling me it does not conform to the Australian electrical codes so i cannot recommend this for use here.I refused delivery for this reason

Very easy to wire and install, took me an hour to run the wire, cut the countertop, and make the electric connections.Looks great and I already cooked pasta and steaks on this cooktop! Excellent value!

Fonctionne bien, mais il fait des bip bip bip inutile... la surface est dur à nettoyer, un cerne est resté marqué dès la première utilisation. J’ai laissé un courriel à la compagnie, mais jamais de retour. Le service à la clientèle, n’y comptez pas, vous êtes pris avec votre plaque...

This is my second 12” Induction cooktop. The first one cost me more than double and did not work as good as this one.The temperature control are great, meaning you can have the perfect temperature anytime.

It looks great. Easy to clean but tendency to have smudges..The heating ranges are adequate.. The controls takes a while to get used to..the heating pods seem to close together so the other pot must be smaller..likewise the controls can be sometimes be hard to get when using a big pot in the front.

Nice and pretty. This cooktop is pretty decent. The boost function works really great when broiling water, but try not to use for cooking food cuz it's hard to control the cooking time when boost is on.
