I am very happy with this lamp shade. It came packaged very well, the dimensions are exactly as described, and it fits very well on my base. The one point deduction is for the misleading description and picture. The word "linen" should not be in the description, neither the color nor the material are linen. The shade is pure white, it looks darker on the picture than it is. But the white actually worked out very well for me.

These new shades dressed up a pair of bedroom lamps we have had for years. They look great and they updated the lamps. the packing and shipping were also very good no damage. I would recommend this seller.

The lampshade itself is a good quality however, the cost they deduct from your original price is ridiculous. The lampshade didn’t work out because of the color was ivory white but it looked very white and they charged me $23+ to ship it back as a return. So my refund will be only half what I originally paid. I will never purchase from this company again. Lesson learned!!

These are decent shades. I ordered (2). One was put on a lamp with an LED bulb, works just perfect. The other was on a lamp with one of those CFL bulbs, yanno, the twisty looking things? Anway, those bulbs put out quite a bit of heat. The heat caused the wrap on the top of the shade to let go. It was easy enough to fix with some CA glue. I do not view this as a "fail" on the part of the manufacturer. Rather a fail on my part for not having changed that bulb over in the first place.

Coolie lamp shades are "in" right now. I wanted to modernize an older lamp that I had, and this shade did the trick. It is stark white as other reviewers have noted. It is a nice quality, and very large, so make sure you check the measurements. If your lamp is on the smaller side I would veer away from this shade. It comes with a shorter sized harp to secure the shade to, which was needed as the one that came with my lamp was taller and made the shade sit very high and did not look great.
