I love Klaus Nomi so much. He is truly an ARTIST to the core. This record is a must have in anyone’s collection. His history and music is so unique and powerful. The record came safely packaged and arrived within 2 days. Loveee this!

I first saw Klaus in 1979 on SNL. No internet then but 6 years later, working in a record store, I found out who he was.However, I have just recently heard him sing and read his story. I wear his pins and am totally obsessed!This is a fabulous collection of his work.I especially like the sequence of the songs.I hope to go to whichever planet he is inhabiting and singing on now.I'm 76 years old so may not have to wait as long as the newer fans!

The best and most fun greatest hits compilation. Nomi's infectious joy and moments of dorrow just grab you by the heart and do not let go. Crisp sound quality, very well produced.

I have other albums of his. It was what I expected. Either he entertains you or you don't him. He's a nitch singer. I enjoyed it. Wiki him if you're unsure. There are many aspects about him and his music. He was radical then, perhaps a Boy George predecessor.

Wer Musik abseits vom Mainstream sucht - bitte, hier ist sie. Warum ich früher nichts von Klaus Nomi gehört habe, ist mir ein Rätsel. Ich bin esr durch eine Cover-Version von Rosenstolz (Total Eclipse) auf Nomi aufmerksam geworden. Es hat sich gelohnt. Seine facettenreiche Stimme ist einfach hörenswert. Vor allem der "Cold Song" ist eine Empfehlung an alle, die Musik nicht nur zum Autofahren hören.

Encore! est un bijoux ! sorti en novembre 83 soit 3 mois après la mort subite de Klaus, cette 1ère compilation best-of est superbe ! ses meilleurs succès sont réunis afin de plonger dans l'univers extra-terrestre du chanteur ! Total Éclipse en version live est surprenante ! un vrai bijoux électro-new wave par un génie parti trop tôt dans sa galaxie ! Klaus Nomi est un immense artiste très connu en France mais très vite oublié depuis son décès, mais de son vivant, il était une superstar qui fascinait tout le monde devant sa tv ! Il ne me manquait que ce disque à ma collection ! Klaus Nomi a une voix qui surprend et attire les attentions ! maître de l'opéra rock, c'est un ovni musical qui nous a laissé une oeuvre exceptionnelle !

I looked through all the available Klaus Nomi CDs and this was the only one I could find that included all of Nomi's greatest hits. The whole album flows seamlessly and even my father who'd never heard Klaus Nomi in his life came and danced with me and my sister in the living room.Maybe not the best dance party music since it does get a little slow and operatic, but definitely something to play in the background while drinking sherry in your study.
