Great camera, clear view, bright enough lights, what's the problem? Well the bendablility (if that's not a word it is now), it's crap. I mean it couldn't handle the twists and turns for 3ft just going through my toilet drain. After the second corner in the pipe, it would bend in on itself or crimp or just not do what it's ment to do. There definitely no reason in h e double hockey sticks, for it to be 14ft long, it can't take a bend 2ft away from your hand without messing up. Was cheap enough to keep even though it didn't do what I needed it for, hopefully one day it'll make itself useful.

I really had my suspicions but I figured hey for the price I'm paying it's worth the shot. Turns out to be quite a versatile camera so far I've used it to scope my drains, check the bore on my rifles and my four-year-old son seems to get a kick out of using it to spy underneath our doors. Kids gotta love them! Totally recommend for the average person in need of a quick fix at a great value.

I used this to retrieve a slave cylinder from inside my transmission. It saved me 1000’s. Being able to see inside the transmission through the slave cylinder hole with the scope tool made it possible to save my transmission and $1000’s. The screen isn’t 1080p but it’s well enough you can make out what you need to see. The extra tips supplied are crucial do not lose. The long flex cord does an excellent job. You can use it to hang the screen and use both hands to manipulate the scope.

As of this writing, I am on the fence about if I’m returning this scope. The good things about it is it is solid, the picture is good and the brightness on the screen can be adjusted. It does come with a mirror, magnet and hook. These do attach to the scope easily. The downsides: Despite the scope having some stiffness, it bends when you advance it into areas so I found it somewhat difficult to maneuver and It doesn’t articulate. The difficulty maneuvering this could be the deal breaker for me. It’s probably good for use within a PVC pipe, etc. again on the fence as to if I’m keeping it. Hope this helps you make your decision.
