I planned to use this hat for my photo shoot, but it looks nothing like what I expected. I’m not sure if it was packed correctly—the top of the hat is bent, and the brim is completely out of shape.

***Caution if you return this hat you will pay for shipping it back to the vendor*** This is a well made but the hat’s brim is only 5inch. I was looking for larger brimmed hat. I would have given the hat 5 stars but the return dropped it to a 3.

The hat arrived with an obvious hole in it and was sent in crumbled packaging. This could have been a beautiful hat. This hat deserves no stars ⭐️

Mine arrived in a soft package, but was in good condition and not bent or crushed. Good fashion design, i think what some have noticed about the size being big is that it's a round crown shape, instead of oval, so there's a little room on the sides. I would recommend folding a little spare fabric there, and sewing/taping it.

I ordered the Black06 hat and the quality is great. It’s heavy (in a good way) and came in a well protected packaging to preserve the shape. Would recommend!

Arrived slightly crushed, will have to steam iron it into a better shape on the brim. Not much structure or stiffness but it fits my big head and is good fabric for the price.

I bought this hat for the wide brim and the style was very close to Queen Elizabeth's little granddaughter's hat. For the price I was able to see if I liked it and I love it. It seems to run a little bit large but for the price it's very well worth it. It's very cute. It was mailed in a bag so it's bent just a little but I plan to buy a $100.00 hat just like it now that I see how cute it looks. Love this hat for the style and the price. The quality is very good too.
