My stud girth was just a little too short so I needed a girth extender to help until the elastic stretched a bit. I probably should have purchased two for each side but I really didn't want to spend the $$. I had a little trouble only because the stud girth has to be placed evenly under the belly. The extender was throwing that off a little. We made it work until the elastic stretched enough. Good quality

My granddaughter has her own saddle (Kincaid) and rides several different horses so this girth extender works great! It was very stiff when is arrived but I have been using a balm on it and it is getting more flexible. Chestnut color is a close match to her leather saddle. I am happy with the purchase.
