Got a 3450 rpm bench grinder that was pretty rough on it.Hope it would stay together better at lower speeds.Would probably be destroyed on a high speed angle grinder. As advertised but didn't suit my need.

I'm not that skilled a buffer, but I know decent quality when I see it, and this is a good wheel. I anticipate years of life out of this wheel. The stitches are tight and the business end of the wheel is soft and does its job.
