Initially I tried to install the net. The lower clips attached to the tiedown hooks easily. Initially. I tried to use the tiny plastic upper kooks. They looked too small and didn't hold the loop. Something didn't seem right. I looked for a picture that actually showed the loop attached and found it in a competitors product site. There is a slot that allows the loop to snap down into a small hole in the clip. So...user error. Only suggestion...a blow up of the upper clip as for me having to snap the loop in wasn't intuitively obvious. I will reserve usability for another post br so far so good...

Perfect fit for the Explorer. Keep the bag from falling out the trunk when you open the hatch. Great product.

I have been looking for this product for 3 months now, went to the dealer and other parts stores but nothing fit as it should. This product fits perfectly and holds a lot of items between the webbing and additional items can be placed between the tailgate and the webbing.I would definitely purchase this product again if the need ever arises.
