Click the button SBC → aptX → aptX HD → aptx LL → Aptx adaptive to switch in order, if the transmitting device and headset do not support one of the audio decodes, it will automatically switch to the next audio decode.

Nice little USB Audio dongle to connect to bluetooth headsets if you don't already have built in bluetooth on your PC or device or it doesn't support bluetooth audio like the PS5.I don't have any AptX adaptive or low latency headsets, but I have verified that it will at least swtich between SBC, Aptx, and AptX-HD for one of my headsets. It connected without issue to the 3 different headsets I tried it with, and it sounded fine on each one, even the ones that only supported SBC. I wasn't quite sure what the extra part was for, as there is really isn't any reference to it other than in the one image... nothing in the instructions or anything. I guess it is just a simple microphone plug for a controller?

Drivers failed on my 2020 era PC, it happened when I tried to reset the bit rate. Total sound failure thereafter, even when set to original setting. A couple better choices out there turned out to be Avantree & 1Mii.

Got this device so I can use my Amazon Echo Buds with my PS5 since Sony only let you link their proprietary headphones and earbuds out of the box. I wish I hadn't bothered since the sound quality is awful. There is a lot of background static and random clicking which is very distracting during use.On the bright side, it was simple to connect and did so quickly, but I just couldn't get a clear good sounding connection.I know it's not the earbuds since they sound great paired to other devices, and the PS5 sounds clear as a bell using the Pulse Elite headphones so it's either the device or the device and PS5 combo which is not working correctly. Either way I am unable to use the USB dongle for the reason I got it, and it will be relegated to the box of old adaptors, and USB-B printer cables which I keep in the back of the closet for emergencies.
