Good quality. Have never twisted on me while riding. Very nice palm resting design.

These are my first replacement grips and I love them. They're adjustable so it doesn't take a long time to put them on; they had the color I wanted; they improved my riding experience. As a new MTB'er, I still "deathgrip" the bars at times, causing numb hands. With these, I can keep a lighter grip, letting the bike move as needed and without making my hands lose feeling!

We have put these in size small 30mm on 3 of our bikes. Love the little bit of wrist support and assistance it provides against fatigue. Ergon is a quality brand. Tried the large 32mm version and was too big for our hands. Size md/lg in nitrile gloves.

Use these on my mountain bike on regular 1-5 hours rides of medium to difficult technical single-track trails. These are excellent. The ergonomic style is great on my hands especially on technical descents where there is a lot of braking of simply hanging on :). They have excellent grip in wet weather. They go on easily yet lock securely. There is nothing more I’d want out of them.

I have these on all three of my bikes, in different colors. So much more comfortable than round grips. I rented a bike at Santos in Florida this summer that had regular grips, and my hands ached after 17 miles because I guess I'm so accustomed to the ergonomic ones. Hold their color, too, and I haven't lost any caps. I always wear gloves, so I'm not sure how they would work on bare palms, but I'm a big fan.

After 2600 miles in 2 years on a full fat 2021 giant Trance-x e mtn bike in the mountains at ski resorts, I can safely say Ergon is the Porsche of grips. You can rest on the small pads on the way up and they really show their value on the way down because you've got some padding you've got great control. As to getting dirty, well that's part of mountain biking. Either get the black ones, or the lighter versions just need 70% isopropyl alcohol with a rag and you'll get most of it clean. Very easy to adjust, easy to install and once you lock them down they don't move.

Nice hand grips that are very easy to install and adjust the angle with a hex tool. I went with the size suggestion from the other reviews and ordered the One Size, which came as Small (what I wanted). The Small is fantastic for small women’s hands and bigger kids. The winged shape definitely helps with keeping my wrists from dropping. My hands go numb still but my wrists feel so much better compared to how they feel with standard grips. The surface is my only complaint, it’s rather uncomfortable without gloves due to the pattern on it. I’d rather have a flat surface but I understand not everyone likes that. I didn’t want to go with the flat or foam handles because I bikejor and my dog likes to run me into brush sometimes so harder grips are necessary. The grooves do help with keeping sweat off the grips, though.I’ve also crashed a few times on pavement and you can’t even tell. Same with my Ergon seat. 10/10 great company and fantastic products.

After a 10+ years hiatus from biking, I tuned up my vintage Nishiki Colorado and hit the trails and roads for the cardio benefit and fresh air. It was great to ride again, but my hands became numb every time every time I rode. I tried different handle bars and saddle positions but the numbness persisted. The great reviews prompted me to try these Argon grips. They are a cinch to install. I set them at the recommended UP mark position. After two months of riding, my hand numbness is almost completely gone. They have taken some getting used to because they are so small in diameter - it almost feels like I am gripping the bars without grips - all of my previous grips were much thicker. They are also not very soft - the dense rubber does not have much cushion - but my goal was to eliminate the hand numbness, so I am not going to second-guess the Argon designers. I usually ride with padded cycling gloves, which add just a bit of the cushion that the grips lack. The end caps are optional, allowing me to use an end-mounted Mirrycle side mirror. So far I am sold on these grips.
