2 Pack - 8oz All Natural Clear Furniture Finishing Wax with The Original Palm Brush - Safe to Use Indoors - No Chemical - No Harsh Smells
The large boar hair head holds the right amount of wax to be able to wax your project in a quicker time.
Waxing: Apply desired amount of wax to brush. Using the Wax Brush, apply wax in a circular motion to your project. Lightly wipe excess wax from the surface away folding your cloth using the dry side. Depending on size of your project it could take more than one cloth to complete this part of the wax process. We advise to let the wax cure for 12 - 15 hours, with one more dry absorbent cloth finally lightly wipe down the surface to pull off the remaining excess wax. If you are using 100% all-natural wax will dry within 2 to 3 days. If you're wanting to add a second coat repeat the same steps. For best results use with Chalk Mountain Supply's All Natural Waxes.

Before apply your paint, make sure your piece is dry from prepping.
- NOTE: Properly prep your piece prior to applying your paint. If your piece has a gloss coating we would recommend that you would lightly sand, wash with warm water & dawn soap/de-greaser, followed with a dry rag to absorb the excess water. (Always apply your paint along the grain of the wood.)
- Once paint is applied if second coat is needed; we recommend to lightly sand any imperfections before applying second coat (this will give a smoother surface).
This wax was developed by us to have zero VOC, low odor and safe to use indoors. Our waxes are made from the finest waxes and tree-nut oils, to be used on furniture, clothes, cosmetics, metal, wood, with the natural ingredients it can be used on any surface that could use a polishing. Allergy warning: Wax contains a byproduct of tree nuts.

Important: Clean with soap and water but
NEVER soak your boar hair brushes.
Note: Once boar hair brush is used for a wax brush, we would recommend to not use the brush as a paint brush, due to the wax coat left on the brush.
Distressing your piece; lightly sand the desired area, we recommend for best results use Chalk Mountains Angled Sanding Sponges which may be used in two different ways (wet or dry sanding)
- Sanding you piece prior to waxing is a crucial step, this will take any of those lose bristle away as well as help achieve your desired distressing look you are trying to achieve; as well as give a smoother surface for your wax to adhere.
Easy 1...2...3... Furniture Waxing Steps
Step 1:
First our Waxes are not like Any other Waxes on the Market. Please follow included instructions for best results.
We recommend to apply your wax in a circular motion, covering the entire piece. A little wax GOES along way.
Allow the wax to sit for 30-40 minutes. This will allow the wax to soak into your painted or bare wood furniture.
Step 2:
After allowing the wax to sit for the 30-40minutes, Follow up with a LIGHT WIPE with a clean absorbent cloth. Leaving some reaming wax on your project.
Allow the wax to cure over the next 2-3 days.
- To speed up the dry time you may place a fan towards your waxed piece over night. This will keep the air circulating and allow the wax to dry quicker.
Step 3:
After allowing the wax to cure for 2-3 days, you may NOW do your FINAL WIPE down with a clean absorbent cloth (make sure to rotate your cloth to a clean side.)
You have now completed the waxing process; you may now use your piece with everyday use.
