so far excellent. quality is also excellent. when using the rain shower you can put turn the knob and get both hand held and overhead . very impressed. 144 little nozzels on rain shower. the contractor lost a small rubber gasket. it was his fault not the company. i called them they answered and sent me an entire cartridge with the rubber gaskets. two days delivered by amazon. so impressed how they came threw. thank you. if i was a contractor i would use these products.

My husband chose this shower in 2022 based on the high-pressure promised as well as the hand held that would be useful in his upcoming knee replacement surgery. It was professionally installed during the bathroom renovation and worked perfectly until I noticed a few weeks ago that the hot water was barely trickling out. It's in the tiny ensuite mainly used by my husband and he likes the water a little cooler so I'm not sure how long it had been that way. Since the water pressure in the downstairs bath had also gotten very low, we figured the 2 were connected and called in the plumber, thinking that the water heater might need to be flushed. He was able to correct the downstairs faucet but told us that the shower valve had gone. He said he had never heard of this brand and was very distainful of products bought through Amazon since "it's usually difficult or impossible to find parts for them." While he was talking about probably needing to replace the shower, my husband found the paperwork and sent an email to the company explaining what was needed. In less than an hour, we heard back that the valve had been shipped. They included a video with installation instructions. They contacted us a few days later asking whether the part had been received, and again after we had received it to check that all was well. The new valve didn't immediately solve the problem till the plummer decided to flush the line, after which everything was fine.We are getting ready to renovate our main (my) bathroom and the only thing preventing me from ordering the shower was that the knob used to switch from showerhead to handheld is hard to grip and turn with my arthritic hands. We sent a message yesterday explaining the issue and asking if there was any alternative. Within hours we heard back from a photo of a knob with a handle that will likely work fine for me.For our tiny ensuite we purchased the 12" head, which is larger than it should be for the space (see photo) but will be ok for the walk-in planned for the other bathroom.Apart from the luxurious feeling of standing under the rain shower head, I love that the handheld rinses shampoo and conditioner out in seconds.This is a terrific product and the customer support is far beyond what we have come to expect.

This looks really good with my white/gray tile we installed. I am glad we went with the matte black.The rainwater head was nice also, it was the first time I had had one of those.Overall seems like pretty good parts and much cheaper than the equivalent other brandsI installed it somewhat incorrectly but the company was helpful in resolving my issue.

Product came perfectly packed, all hardware was included, easy to install, the only thing I will complain is the shield on shower head is coming with a nice rubber gasket to protect the arm, but the one on handheld is NOT rubberized, leaving marks when is set in place.4.5 stars

UPDATE 12/14:I take partial blame as the email address I copy and pasted from previous email communications was missing part of the address, therefore making it invalid. Again, totally a bone-head move by me. The kick back from the form page on their website, however, is still in question.With that being said, customer service reached out to ensure my problem was addressed and/or fixed. After explaining the current situation with ESNBIA customer service, they quickly sent a new rough-in valve with diverter. Through this challenge, I found a great local plumber and he installed the new valve fixing my hot water issue. It has been almost 2 months since the install and we have not loss pressure or hot water.Outside of the miscommunication, ESNBIA has always been quick to respond and supply parts as needed. This has been an on-going issue for me; they supplied 3 cartridges and a rough-in valve with overnight deliveries, all under warranty when it was all said and done. That is the type of customer service you are looking for when purchasing quality products.Keep up the great service ESNBIA.ORIGINAL POST:I have a feeling i have been blacklisted after seeking help for a second time. I, too, had issues with water pressure after installation. I remember the installer mentioning how great the water pressure was when he first installed. About a year later, if you switched to hot water, the water would cut off completely.Hired a plumber and he told me I needed a new cartridge. Called customer service, they sent a new cartridge right away. Awesome. Finally hired ANOTHER plumber to have it replaced after many failed attempts to replace myself. Less than 2 months later, here we are again. After reading additional reviews of the same issue, I feel the rough-in valve with diverter is compromised. I would like to replace it but I can't get a hold of anyone.Since I had the customer service email from the previous issue, I contacted them again asking for a full replacement since the unit has a 5 year warranty. I have not heard back and now I'm getting an error from Gmail that the email is not being accepted (2x). I hate to be a negative person but ESNBIA needs to do better. I've sent the same message via their contact page in hopes maybe the email address I had was no longer valid.Looks great but if it doesn't work ... :( Not sure if a universal diverter would work with this system?
