These are cotton, so they feel good on. Quality made. Thick cotton. I think you could pass the black one off as the little black dress!They were sized as stated and are a slim fit, again, as stated.Nice to have a black and a white on to go under my dresses that are too sheer. Or if I want a little extra warmth. And now that I think about it, I've got a couple of dresses that have scratchy gathering and these slips will keep that off my skin. That'll make wearing them so much more comfortable. And now I'll wear them, as to passing them by.Great 2 pack at a great price. Well made and thick cotton, all make me happy to have these.

“Amazon Essentials Women's Slim Fit Cotton Layering Slip Dress, Pack of 2, Black/White,” is a staple to have in any wardrobe. This is made from soft, breathable cotton, which is very comfortable to wear all day. The slim fit is flattering without feeling too tight (unlike shape wears), making it perfect for layering under dresses, cardigans, or for wearing as a loungewear. I like how this comes in a pack of two (black and white), as it gives me neutral options to match different outfits. I would not recommend wearing this as a standalone wear however, since the fabric is on the thinner side, lightweight and soft, and it is not suitable to wear outside on its own. This is also true to size if you follow Amazon Brand’s size chart. I’m 5’2, 36C, and 118 lbs, and the size Large fits me perfectly.Overall, this is a great value for the price! I highly recommend this to others.

These will be perfect for me for spring and summer around the house. It gets hot at my location, and I like a tank top.The weight of the fabric is good, not sheer or thin, just right. The amount of stretch is also good. The dress is cut in a little to conform to a waist rather than being just a tube, which I think is more flattering. The straps are adjustable, too.I have the black and white duo. The price is affordable, and the dresses are sturdy and well-made.All in all, these are a great buy!

I bought these for my teen daughter's to wear under spring dresses and they fit great. My older daughter is 5'3" 120lbs and likes hers a little more slim fitting and my younger is 5'1" 105lbs and likes looser fitting so I bought a medium and they both love the fit. They said that they're comfy and would also like wearing them alone with a cardi or jean jacket. They feel just like a nice soft cami but a longer length. Now I'm thinking about getting myself some too because they like them so much. Also I should add that they have adjustable straps but no shelf bra. They said they would've preferred a shelf bra but they're still comfy regardless.

The duality of two (2) layering slip styled day to night simplistic dresses in color choices, and a material of 95%cotton, & 5% elastane. Easy care allows wash, dry, and wear simplicity, a spring break travel must. Although it is written in description of being a slim fit? Personally, I found a bit larger than the basic sizing goes. I choose a medium in size, not my usual size large, and was pleased with my choice as the medium fits nicely, the large would have been personally a bit too. I am 5'7 in height, and weigh (gulp) about 140, depending as it varies about five pounds up or down occasionally. That should give an idea in size choices, however? I would suggest not to take my visions of sizing, always go with the manufactures sizing chart, they know much more than my silliness in ideas provides.I also choose the basic black/white color combo, although several choices were noted available at the time of ordering. The adjustable straps head from front, to the further portioned cut in back and are easy to reach for adjustment. The black version is a solid black, not see-through at all, however? The white version is quite visually permissive, I think the best use for my needs and appreciative uses will be as a cover up for beach suits. It is a bit less on the "seeing" and not so much on the covering, but still very necessary in use on any spring break travel.Excellent price point is lower than some are for a singular choice, and the Amazon essentials choices are personally always a great choice in pricing, usability, and need. Two essentials I will be including over, and over in this warm weather upcoming, a double dose of great choices and functionality flare! Thank you!

These are cute, wholesome cotton slip dresses. Really, these are slips, but I suppose you could wear them as shown, in the height of the summer, but they would be very revealing, even if worn layered.The slip dresses are made of a cotton t-shirt type material. They run very big. I usually wear XL in t-shirts, so I went with the same in these. However, they are HUGE at the hips. I'll definitely be washing these and trying to winnow them down to a smaller size, but if that doesn't work, they'll have to be repurposed as nighties. The problem with a too-large slip is that the extra fabric would bunch up at the sides, rather than sitting smoothly under a skirt or dress.For what these are, however, these are very nice. It's hard to find slips, especially in a natural, all-cotton material, rather than synthetic satin material. At this price point, they can't be beat! Recommended.
