Works with Zen Vision M 30GB. Make sure you are on Firmware 1.41.01 for the battery to work properly. If not look online for a workaround.

The replacement battery has the correct dimensions and connector. The player recognizes the battery and looks like it charges, but when unplugging it from power, it immediately drops to the Low Battery warning and doesn't function. It acts the same as with my original battery, although it stays on the Low Battery warning longer than my original battery was able to. Either way, it's still useless to me. I dreamt of restoring my Zen to usage, but that isn't in the cards.

This is a perfect replacement for the Creative Zen Vision M. BUT, before replacing do a Youtube search and watch the video. They make it look simple - trust me it ain't easy putting it back together.
