True to size and drapes similarly to what you see on the model pictures. Sometimes I get nervous about this kind of sleeve because it doesn’t always lay nicely over the shoulder or will stick straight out. But it looks great!!One note is that you can’t put it in the dryer, in case that bothers you.I’m 5’6”, 130 lbs and the medium fits great.

I love the color but the shirt is like a square, which is unflattering. It washes well.
