The tree came in great shape. But, the kit was supposed to have a screen and figurine, but neither one were there.I also did not known this tree was meant to be kept outdoors. Nothing mentions that anywhere.

I bought this Bonsai to give as a gift/drawing for a work Christmas Party. The tree is healthy and beautiful. The supplies were complete and the package arrived in excellent condition with instructions for the successful growth for bonsai newbies. The winner of the drawing was very excited. I couldn’t be happier choosing this seller.

Purchased as a holiday gift and expected more than loose items stuffed into a mailing box. When opened loose dirt was all over the place. Would not recommend this as a gift. Am returning and will probably save money by buying items separately and place in nice gift box.

I sent this as a gift for my daughter, I was disappointed to find out the dish for the tree arrived broken and there were no instructions on how to plant the tree or what the accessories were for. She also said that the box was leaking dirt when it arrived. Although she said the tree itself was in good condition and looked healthy. I wouldn't recommend this as a gift site unseen especially if I had know there would be no instructions on care or assembly for the potting of the plant. If I had known I probably would not have ordered..

I gave this bonsai as a gift to my husband. He loved it and looked like a kid putting it together.5 months later and she's healthy and strong! (it's a "she" and has a name!)

The pot was not ivory as shown. It was brown. I did not receive the bridge or large rocks or the webbed square. I used a piece of fabric since I did not have the webbed square. I received a green frog instead of the rocks and bridge. I do wish I had known that the pot needed a tray and had also ordered the bonsai food. I assumed because the starter kit said complete, that it truly was. But, I am happy with the bonsai. It is a gift for my daughter-in-law and I am confident she will love it.
