Likes: Contains everything you need for an emergency trauma kit. This is not a first aid kit for minor injuries. It's for major injuries. It's compact and can be carried on your equipment belt or in a backpack. Dislikes: Price. It too expensive.

I have full First Aid Kits in our cars that include these trauma components. I ordered this kit to add to my go-bag kit which only had basic first aid and stop-the-bleed components. It's a good kit for that purpose. Compact and efficiently packed, it has the important trauma components. The tourniquet is a NAR type and appears well-made, and the kit includes a Sharpie for marking Time. The Quick Clot dressing and other standard trauma components are there, as specified in the product page. The chest seals are OK, although I would have preferred venting seals. I like how compact the kit is, particularly because it's going into a crowded backpack. All in all, it is a good addition to your readiness kit. Hopefully, you never need it.

This trauma kit is a must-have for anyone looking to be prepared for emergencies. The CAT GEN-7 tourniquet and QuikClot gauze are high-quality, and the sleeve design makes it easy to carry and access when needed. I keep this in my car for peace of mind, and it’s compact yet comprehensive. If you want an EDC (Everyday Carry) trauma kit that covers bleeding control, this one’s got you covered.

I'm very satisfied with this first aid trauma kit. For anyone with advanced first aid training, this is an excellent supplement to a standard, basic first aid kit. I've been taking it on our camping trips, and the kit and all its component parts seem high quality and durable. I find the included pieces to be quite thorough, to cover the most common trauma issues that could come up during a camping trip.

We have emergencies and disasters hit the area where I live relatively frequently. I have a comprehensive first aid kit and don’t need another one of those, but when I saw this, I realized it’s something I really should have on hand. The items, realistically, aren’t something I’m going to be able to just whip out and use. They’re for people with trauma training, more advanced I would say, but I thought it would be good to have anyway. I’ll either start reading up on how to use the stuff or it will be helpful to aid someone who already knows how but may not adequate supplies in the moment to deal with the situation. That being said, I wasn’t thrilled about the construction of the pack. It’s great the Velcro is strong, but it’s a little too strong. You can see by my photos it actually ripped away from the fabric. This was the first time I opened it, not after multiple uses. I know it’s designed to lie flat and you can pull out items you need, but they were awkward to get to not conducive, in my opinion, to a true emergency situation. If you’re the person who needs to use the supplies, you would definitely want to have someone else trying to extract them for you. Expiration date of the chest seal is 2029, QuickClot is 2028, compressed gauze is 2027 so decent on dates. But compared to what you get in this kit versus comparable ones and the awkward design, it seems a good bit overpriced.

This trauma sleeve goes a step above your standard first aid kit. While I hope I never have to use it, I feel it's essential to have. I think the chance of potentially saving someone's life is worth the price point. The design is made so that it can be easily retrieved from the left or right side. It fits securely on a belt due to the built-in loop holes on the trauma sleeve. This kit is relatively small, so it could also be placed inside a glove compartment or in a backpack. The included items focus on serious injuries such as mild to major blood loss from large wounds, hypothermia, and airway obstruction. You never know when you'll need a kit like this, but it definitely comes in handy if the situation should ever arise. I suggest reading and understanding how to properly use all of the included components beforehand.

For starters, keep in mind this is a trauma kit, not a first aid kit. So, you wont find things like band aids. This kit is geared toward serious wounds like gun shots or stab wounds.I think the pouch and all the contents are of acceptable quality. I did remove one star because I feel that the kit is over priced.
