This v-bands are awesome, they do the job as intended and they do not feel flemci or cheap, the only slight issue I had was that I have to remove nickel coating in order to tig weld them. It is a nice touch doing nickel coating so it does not rust, but for tig welding have to be removed in the area to be welded, not all of the clam rings.

Used this on my GTI to convert the downpipe and make a full 3in exhaust. Went on no problem and works great. Amazing price for what it is.

Works well . packaging is neat and simple. They installed easily and fit perfect on the 3" exhaust. The problem came with the first removal the steel lock ring on the nut jammed chewing up the threads breaking the t-bolt out of the housing . I have used 6 of the clamps so far with only one failure. I would still recommend this brand.

Fit and finish are good. Will see how the mild steel flanges weld to the tubing as they are chrome plated. The band clamp and bolt are low grade stainless, slightly magnetic. Not austenitic stainless (304 or 316) which is not magnetic.
