I thought there was something wrong with the way I put the first one together, but the second assembled the same way, so unless this was a problem just with the units I received.. what I said in the title of my review.The toe-in is less than 5 degrees though, and unless your speakers are much smaller than the top plates, you wont notice it if you don’t have to toe in your speakers. (In my setup, my Klipcsh RP-600 II speakers sound better straight out (so not toed in); physically, these speakers fit the top plates perfectly, It’s almost like the plates were built for these speakers’ width!)Aside from that, the build quality and looks are solid and great (respectively or interchangeably 😉) and I don’t feel I overpaid. I ran two sets of speaker cables (with banana plugs) through each stand (for bi-amping) without any trouble.I can’t not recommend these stands.

I had to return mine because the speakers I got them for didn't work out, but I had no complaints about the stands themselves. They went together easy, solid weight so they wouldn't tip over, and a really nice finish on them.

Stands arrived in good condition. Packaging was adequate to prevent shipping damage.Assembly was straight forward but I did have one of the screws securing the top plate to one of the legs strip all its threads, it’s essentially a locking pin preventing the plate from moving left to right now.If you can find something cheaper that will hold your speakers you should get those. I don’t feel like these are a great value. They look nice, just a bit too expensive.

Bought two sets of these for front and surround bookshelf speakers. Each package was missing one thing. One package was missing 1 washer, which isn't a huge deal, but the other package for two speakers was missing the raised rubber floor protectors/balancers which balance the stands because otherwise it sits on wobbly uneven screws. Ordered a set of felt fabric protectors and hopefully that will remedy that. These speakers stands are a bit too heavy to return for replacement.They look nice enough. Though even the set that had the floor protectors wobble a bit, so could be more sturdy. But would give it 4 stars if the quality control wasn't so poor.

The cable management is nice but was a pain to snake the speaker wire through the leg. It felt like there were a bunch of parts poking the inside making it difficult for the wire to make it through.I’d also prefer it to be a bit heavier at the base. It seems sturdy enough as long as pets or kids don’t bump it. And obviously very few speakers stands would be safe in that situation, however a heavier base would’ve made it better

I purchased the version that has woodgrain and black posts. The woodgrain is a vinyl wrap, but it looks real enough. I like the glass base design for its clean look. The metal pedestal, on which the speakers sit, is sturdy, however they are a bit larger than I'd like for my KEF LS50 speakers.

These seem sturdy, attractive and do tbe job well. Use with the rear speakers of a Q990c Samsung Soundbar. Improve the quality of the sound instantly compared to previous positions. Very packed, arrived safely.
