This part was perfect for my needs. I wanted to install two new guy wires on my overhead service pipe mast. The pipe is a little larger than the max dimensions called out in the description, but I was able to get it to work. I simply replaced one of the eye bolts with a slightly longer bolt to get it to fully close. The three jam bolts press into the pipe mast and lock it in place.This part was basically the only bracket I could find anywhere for what I wanted to do. It's fantastic. Will suit the needs of any similar job perfectly.

So, this will fit a 2” mast tube/pipe, but you have to loosen the guy eye bolts quite a bit (evenly). In trying to then loosen the colored pressure posts (brass looking - coated steel…dunno -circled in photo), I thought I was going to sheer the heads off these bolts. I had to use a vice grips and put the mount in a bench clamp. Geesh, they were tight, but they finally freed up with bolt heads intact. You really gotta loosen all hardware substantially for a 1.5-2.25” mast. Works great once you free up all the hardware.

The clamp fits as described, however I was able to use it on a slightly oversized mast by loosening one of the side screws. If you do this DO add a lock washer and use Locktite to secure it to prevent any chance of wiggling loose.
