These are the perfect lifts for my desk table. They do not move or slide at all. They are sturdy and don’t stand out too much from the furniture. Wright Guides LLC

These are well made of solid rubber, and they are heavy for their size. They raised my sofa 2 inches and are quite sturdy. They smell of rubber when first unpacked, but that quickly disappears after a couple minutes. Very pleased with this selection.

My bed hasn’t moved or fallen off, and the tubs I bought fit perfectly under my bed now.

We got a new washing machine, and it was almost an inch higher than our dryer. Even though our dryer was supposed to be adjustable in height, we couldn't get it high enough to fit next to the washing machine. After pondering a variety of solutions, we decided to try these to elevate the dryer. It worked like a charm. These are heavy duty rubber, and almost 2 inches wide. Our dryer is now high enough, and there is no rocking or knocking or instability with being elevated. It's a perfect solution.

I ordered 12 of these to lift my favourite black glass desk to drafting height, a cheaper (and preferred) alternative to purchasing a new desk to go along with my new drafting chair. These are heavy-duty lifts, permitting nary a tremble from the desk, and I have 100% confidence that they will support the desk and the equipment on it for decades to come. But the smell, oh blessed Hephaestus, the smell! If these things were candles, a sliver of one would have your whole house smelling like an open-air auto body shop lobby in the tropics within the hour. Michelin should launch a star rating for tire stank; they'd just have to add more stars to properly award this product. If you could sue for infringement of olfactory concept, Goodyear could take these to a Court of Law as plaintiff's evidence #1. Somewhere, Bridgestone's R&D team is studying these to crack the secret of packing all that tire odour into an item smaller than a hockey puck. I have actually toured a tire factory before and I am offended on behalf of that factory that these furniture lifts smell more like a tire factory than did that tire factory.I don't know what type of Eldritch dragon was used to vulcanize these things but here's what I did to mitigate the smell:1. Soak them in a bath of warm (not hot) water mixed with 2/3 dish soap and 1/3 white vinegar for two hours; flip them over after one hour so that both sides get equal exposure. Agitate the water every 15-30 minutes (it helps shed clinging rubber particles that are part of the manufacturing process).2. Remove from bath mix. Shake to remove excess liquid. Dip each one into white vinegar, being sure to dip each side. Set them out to air dry (place on paper towels; DO NOT use your good dish towels, this business will ruin them).3. Once dry, coat each one in a thin paste of 2/3 apple cider vinegar, 1/3 white vinegar, and 1-2 tablespoons of baking soda. You want a gruel that will baste without bulk. If you have a rack of any kind, set them there to dry, so air is getting to both sides equally; otherwise, baste one side first, let it dry, then baste the other side.4. You'll know they are completely dry and ready to use when there's no to little give in the item lip when you pull/push at it.Does this get rid of 100% of the smell? Of course not; this is an aroma that transcends the bounds of mortal comprehension. However, it does make it far, far, far more tolerable, so that it won't overpower or distract you when these are placed under your furniture. Over time, the baking soda and vinegar coating will continue to neutralize the scent, until it's virtually unnoticeable.Bonus:The tips of my fingers smelled after handling these things. Luckily, an aggressive scrub with an exfoliating liquid soap did the trick. Just don't touch anything or anyone before you wash your hands.

Very nice product. Using on a daybed to raise it slightly so the trun dles clears with ease. Very attractive unlike a lot of risers that are really bulky. These are dense rubber and are very strong. Not noticeable.

Exactly what I hoped they would be, these risers can stack (or not), are anti-slip, easy to use, and really helped bring a short table up to a reasonable height.

I was aghast at first due to the rubber smell but it actually seemed to fade fairly quickly. If that’s an issue for you give it a chance you probably won’t notice it long at all. I love the adjustability, I had to do some weird configurations to level my bed due to a warped flood in old Victorian. The rubber wind damage hardwoods and this is non skid. Highly recommended.
