The hole isn't big enough to let the OD button through. It presses the button on completely and it broke, very cheaply made. Would not recommend.

Ezzy Auto Overdrive Gear Shifter Ring Cap for Ford Replaces F2UZ-7A214-CAMy 1998 ford E350 had this piece missing. The button is at the end of the gear shifter where theoverdrive button is. This was installed on a 2003 F250, 6.0L pick up. It actually "clicks" in and fits tight and well. The center button hole fits without issue.Update 1: I finally drove my truck following the installation. The cap causes the tow/haul button to remain depressed. Therefore, the transmission remains in low or tow mode. I will have to drill it out to see if I can create space around the button.

Much sturdier than the OEM part, snaps right in and is a perfect fit. Only down side is that the color of the plastic is slightly more matte than the original and the plastic of the rest of the overdrive column; doesn't bother me though, looks loads better than missing a cap.
