I have a Kubota B6100E from the 1980s. It has had a bad rear reflector for years (pictured). I couldn't find a direct replacement for it, so I took a chance on these. These reflectors proved a quick bolt on replacement for the OEM ones. They're not exactly the same, but the hole size was close enough that no modifications were needed. This should improve not only the looks of the tractor, but also the safety.

Not D.O.T., not a bright reflector, too expensive for what you get, would not recommend to anyone!
