Before the Fleet 1000 from Youzu, I've bought and installed Victron and Pecron DC to DC alternator chargers. Also built two DC to DC converters from kits. Only the eTaker is still installed. So quiet, I barely notice when it is operating. It's the only unit that I own that can pass through and combine my solar charge with the alternator charge. Most critically, No problem with automatically turning off when the car is not running so the starter battery remains reliable.

Charges my Anker Solix 1000 4 times faster than DC charging alone. My Frig/Freezer will never run out of power. Turns off when vehicle is turned off and turns on as it should when vehicle moves. Easy to install. Build quality is solid. Made of aluminum.
