I have this thing for 3 months already ( installed) and its good so far, no leaks but the issue is that it takes so much time to drain oil it’s absurd. If you have a pickup or any vehicle with oil capacity more then 3 quarts I would recommend stay away .

Installed on 2018 Ram 1500 Eco Diesel Product was shipped fast. Installation was easy , extra protective sleeve is on there snug fit. Small footprint, only added 1/2 inch length compared to the original bolt. I used a 4gallon bucket which fits under the pan. I can also have the option of attaching a hose if I use one of my wider oil pan . Next oil change should be a breeze. Price was great too and free shipping. Will setup my other vehicles soon.

I have these on all my vehicles. Easy to operate and very secure when closed. The originals never came with them and I've never had a valve open by itself - can't see how they could, so I binned the 'security' insert as it seemed more triuble than it was worth. Attach a short piece of plastic hose, route it right into the waste oil can and open the valve with your finger... Easy Peasy and no need for a wrench!

Installed on my daughter in laws 2016 Kia Sportage at first oil change, these valves are great, I have them on all three of my vehicles.If you change your own oil this is a great device, saves time and less messy, get the adapter and hose, drain your old oil into a empty oil jug.I always let the oil drain overnight so I get all the old oil out.

I bought this for my Saab. Perfect fit, works perfectly, no drips, easy to install and use. The hole is about half the diameter of the original hole, so draining the oil takes a few minutes longer. I can change the oil now without using a wrench, without worry of stripping the threads, and without getting a drop on my hands.The lever locks in place, but for more security you can add a hose clamp to keep it from being bumped open. (see: single wire hose clamp)There are many sizes, check their website to find the right one for your car.
