My old controller was cracked and missing pieces of the touch pads. They were made of plastic and over time they just discinerated. The new controller is silicone and will probably outlive my vehicle.Very easy installation, about 20 minutes. Be sure to disconnect battery before testing into the project.

It makes the truck look good again. Cruise doesn’t work but that is not the product that is the truck. I bought them for the horn mainly and it works great and it looks original again.

The product looks nice and feels nice, but does not work. This product will not activate the cruise control and the "Coast" button honks the horn. I will be returning it as soon as get another brand in to try. The horn button also activates the horn as well. Such a strange problem.

The buttons on my mom's controls had worn a hole through so we bought these to replace her old one. There were a lot more things that would have to be removed in order to get the cables into the steering wheel so we just took off the end pieces and put them on the existing cables in the steering wheel and they work great!

As a non mechanic, it was tedious to change but not too difficult. My truck is a 99 that had sat out in the southern sun for years so my old ones were all but destroyed. These work perfectly.

These fit great on my 2002 Explorer Sport Trac. They are a nice material and light up green like the rest of the dash. The only issue I have encountered is that the on/off switch light flickers at times. Easy to install.
