Amazing quality! Super nice. Got as a gift for a teen girl who recently lost her grandma. We did have it from grandma because this is exactly something she would have gotten for her and herself! Photos came already inside and extras cut to size with tape attached. Great attention to detail. Beautiful necklace and made everyone present cry. Also the gift wrapping was lovely.

I LOVE this product but was super disappointed as soon as I opened it one of the magnets that’s supposed to hold it shut came out of the casing. I’m going to have to glue it so I can wear it which is a disappointment but oh well. I was surprised and liked that they sent a few replacements of each picture (3 of each came) in case something happened to the originals. The last picture you can see where the raised magnet is and the hole it’s supposed to be in.Edited: I reached out to them regarding the magnet and they’ve been pleasant to work with. I provided them with pictures and have a brand new one coming my way.Edited again:While they sent me a new locket the new locket had the same problem after opening it 3 times. I glued it myself. Just a warning for anyone thinking of getting it- the magnets are not set into the base of the locket well at all

Is very beautiful I love and have a tres picture for the future is you lose de other picture because don't have the plastic in the photo you only put the photo in the collar but is kinda

Locket is beautifuI. love the customize engraving and they can put picture inside. They give you extra pictures. Fast delivery. Definitely recommend. But the magnet came off that a down side when I try put it back together..now it won't close...

Necklace was made exactly to specifications. It looks good overall and they even add extra cutouts in case the originals get lost or ruined.
