In this day of paranoia about digital privacy, I decided it would be nice to make sure my phone couldn't listen to me realtime if I didn't want it to. Are *they* listening? I don't know! But with my phone and smartwatch in this bag, I wasn't able to receive phone calls via the normal cell signals or the wifi. Protects against undesired hacking into your phone - if you're in an unfamiliar environment and you don't know who might be trying to worm their way into your devices, this is the sure way to keep them out. (Even powered off, some things about your phone aren't as "off" as you'd want them to be!)If you're concerned that Big Brother is watching you, this is one easy step to some more privacy. My ~6.5" smartphone in its case, and my smartwatch on its band, all fit into this bag, which then folds over twice at the top so that the velcro can secure it. Nicely sewn, this bag felt well-made and sturdy. (Two identical bags in one order).

Seems well made. Easy closure and small size is great for keys, phone, etc.

Good faraday bags. Big enough to slide a smart phone in. Function as you hope and expect. Look fine, and excellent value for the money over the big name brands. Can’t beat them.

Works well. I tried it for the first time this morning as I made errands. Didn't receive a single notification as long as it was in the bag (exactly as desired!), indicating that it's working. Recommended.

It seems that there are manufacturers who cut corners and make these bags dirt cheap, and very limited on capacity. This, however, is not one of those! One of my factors in a for review of Faraday bags is if it can hold my Black view BV7100 phone and actually eliminate RF.Another factor is the design and construction. These feel good in the hand, they also to have a rubber casing which really helps with not feeling the bag with the phone in it.The opening of the bag velcros shut and die an excellent job of eliminating the RF.In tests I have done, I ran a GPS tracking app on my phone, started logging entries, bagged it, and drove to a completely different location. was pleasantly surprised to see that 2 points where logged, my cell phone signal completely cut out and data went with itI really feel these are a good quality product, they have a lot of potential, and with the world going in the direction it is, taking back privacy is the first step and this helps you get that privacy back.

I own several of these faraday bags, in all different sizes. I got these for our cellphones, to stay in our BOBs. One thing I didn't care for was the reflective tape, not sure why you would need it. Aside from that, these faraday bags seem to work as expected.I did the testing using my cellphone, which is one of the biggest phones out there, and it fit with no problems and plenty of room left. I took an EMF testing before, and after being inside the bag, and I didn't get any readings. I made a photo call to said cellphone, and the call went straight to voicemail. Even after a took the phone out, the phone showed no data or cellphone bars.Definitely recommend these faraday bags, specially for being under $6 each.

This is probably one of the better RFID blocking devices I've seen so far; but it is not 100%. I've never found a portable one that was for phones or credit cards that can pull off 100%. It is a whole lot better than no attempt at blocking people from reading your cards/phone without permission. Unfortunately, we live in a corrupt world and we need this type of insulation to protect ourselves. It is large enough to hold most cell phones or credit cards (with or without a wallet), and they give to two, so you can protect both at the same time. Yes, I would recommend this product in your arsenal of protection. P.S. You do need to fold over the opening in order for it to work.

I do like these phone pouches. They provide the benefit of either going dark or prevent anyone from scanning your phone. My husband and I tested these and the results were great. No phone call or text message could get through to the phone in the bag. The call went straight to voicemail. If you do not want anyone to know your route or where you are, just put the phone in the bag. If you have ever had your phone scanned and all your information compromised, put your phone in the bag and never experience that again. Once you are in a safe place and need the phone, take it out of the bag and make your calls. This bag works even if you do not fold the bag down. These bags are roomy enough for pretty much any phone. I have a cover for my phone with slots for credit cards and it fits inside the bag with the cover. I now can secure both my phone and credit card. The bag also has a ring to attach a wrist holder. The reflective material makes the bag readily visible. The only downside of this product is that you cannot receive calls or text messages while your phone is in the bag. But besides that, I recommend this product.
