This works pretty well for removing aerators that have something that can be gripped without scratching them. Many faucets these days have aerators build up inside the faucet and require a special too for that faucet. But, if it is a screw in aerator that extends below the faucet, this should work.

I had an aerator on my bathroom sink faucet that was on for over 5 years. It was on so tight, I could not get it off. This product successfully removed it right away. It works as advertised.

Does it work? yes. Does it does the job? yes. Is it quality product? no.its great for what you need it to be, but the welding and material is soft and this feel like it will easily break if dropped on the floor. That being said, i got it just to use to unscrew a faucet end without scratching it and its great for that.
