Very small, light push up bar, I take this to my work, and do push up whenever I take breaks. Awesome !!!

These are great for traveling, as they don't take up much space in your luggage. Unfortunately, they aren't very stable and one could very easily roll their wrists while doing push ups with these. Wish the bottoms were a little wider to compensate for this.

The base is too small and they roll over when you’re trying to do a push-up if you don’t have them perfect
