It does exactly what it's supposed to do, seems to be well made as well. I should've bought these from the start. I'll be buying another one very soon.

The faucet works alright once I fixed it. The included collar that holds the shank to the faucet had an issue where it didn't secure them together properly. There was a lot of free play between the shank and the faucet even with the collar tightened down fully. I had to grab the collar off another faucet because it was too loose otherwise and leaked badly.

After the first use it would hardly open which means it has a tiny leak somewhere in the tap for the valve to stick. Got it loosened up and thought everything was fine - sometime after second use the tap never shut off all the way and had a very slow drip that totally drained a half full keg, all of my Co2 and flooded my garage with beer. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

I got these to replace a faulty spout from a different company. It’s very easy to put together. Just have to put it together and screw the bolt on. It’s very stylish. Has good weight to it which makes me feel it’s not going to fall apart or leak. Best part is the flow control lever on the side to slow or speed up your pours. Great quality product.

I bought 4 of these taps for a special event kegerator. Price was the primary consideration but I was really surprised at well the taps worked. I had 4 different beers on tap & the flow control really quickly got the flow spot on so there was no foaming/waste. The flow control aspect worked better than the expensive Perlick flow control taps I have on my primary kegerator! I also liked the fact that the taps turned off by default so they can’t be accidentally bumped on.

I get it. Cheaper Chinese goods have to cut corners... But they did literally start putting first aid kits in the same boxes as other stuff just to save a buck... Meanwhile amazon employees take the heat. Not cool china.. Not cool. That said. Once you receive what you paid for... Great spout. Best I have ever had. Even better than perlics. I use it for 60PSI seltzer water. Does a FANTASTIC job of regulating FLOW while not introducing TURBULENCE. (thus de-gassing)CLEAN THOROUGHLY BEFORE FIRST USE.

Update: I originally ordered the adjustable faucet, but received an non-adjustable labeled "adjustable" (see photo). The company eventually did contact me and shipped a free replacement faucet. They also mentioned they are looking in to making sure similar mix ups don't occur in the future, so hopefully the QC issue has been fixed and you can buy this worry free!I have bought 4 of these faucets total so far and do recommend them as they are good quality, come with all the parts needed for a couple different setups, and hold 60 psi without issue (I use mine mainly for nitro coffee). They do have a longer cone on the back of the faucet end that doesn't pair with "standard" shanks. The pairing shanks are a little hard to find, so keep this in mind if you plan to install this somewhere with a thicker wall like a cooler. The length is perfect for beer towers and the like, however. The other photo is of one of these on a homemade tower.

The faucet arrived in original packaging and contained several tailpieces so it could be installed in several different ways (or with a different faucet). I already have a keezer, and ordered this so that I would have a nicer way of serving up home brew (versus a picnic tap) when I'm away from home. I use Perlick flow control faucets on my keezer, and have become used to having the flow control valve available to ensure good pours. Since this faucet connects directly to the ball lock liquid disconnect, it seemed even more essential to have flow control because there is no hose to balance pressure and keep you from ending up with a glass full of foam. The package came with all the parts needed to attach the faucet to the included ball lock liquid disconnect, and also included the small tap handle in the picture. I first disassembled the tap and cleaned it thoroughly. It is well made, and on par with the quality of my Perlick faucets. Once attached to a five gallon keg charged to 9 psi, I was able to easily adjust flow to make a perfect pour. So far I have used it with a lager and an ale, both of which are carbonated with CO2.I note that several negative reviews are from people who received the wrong product. Like the others, I originally received the wrong product from Brewhouse 168. The seller has since reached out to me directly, acknowledged that there was an inventory/shipping issue, and sent me the correct product. I appreciate their proactive approach to resolving the issue, and great customer service once the problem was identified.Overall I consider this to be a good value, and it will see a lot of use as the weather gets warmer.
